At Shop.BushBeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via email with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect bean products.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the claim meets our safety guidelines.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Processing & Refund
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement immediately.
